Lawrence Kayablian / CEO

As the CEO of AMIRA, Mr. Lawrence Kayablian brings to the forefront two decades of experience in a vast range of project finance and development operations in numerous sectors such as energy, utilities and telecommunications. Over the years he has successfully handled key merger and acquisition projects on behalf of a number of companies. Because of his work, his business network spans many international entities such as multilateral lending agencies, public sector agencies, international corporations, and various investor bases. From an Iraqi industrial family with decades of business experience, especially in steel and manufacturing, he was raised in an environment that sharpened his leadership skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baghdad University, Iraq, and is fluent in English and Arabic.

Arman Kayablian / COO

As the COO of AMIRA, Mr. Arman Kayablian brings to the stage 15 years of experience in a wide range of project finance and development operations in diverse sectors such as energy, utilities, telecommunications, and industrial energy solutions. His in-depth technology experience has added to the efficiency and success track record of AMIRA while his dedication to success has been central to motivating and inspiring the team. From an Iraqi industrial family with decades of business experience, especially in steel and manufacturing, he was raised in an environment that honed his leadership skills. He holds a BBA from the George Washington University School of Business (Washington D.C.) in International Business and is fluent in English and Arabic.

Nagib Khoury / VP Operations

As AMIRA'S VP of Operations, Mr. Nagib G. Khoury heads the company's portfolio of investments, ensuring projects are smoothly moving forward in-line with set plans and budgets. He also manages day to day transactions plus the on-the-ground business requirements of the Beirut Headquarters. A seasoned General Manager with over 43 years of experience in a variety of industries and markets in the MENA region, he joined AMIRA after 14 years at Khalil Fattal & Fils where he held several senior positions ranging from General Manager of several business divisions in Lebanon to Country Manager of the Iraqi territory. Prior to this, he was the Country Manager of IBM WTC/ Juffali Group PC division in Saudi Arabia, where he spent 17 years managing the growth of the business. His business and operational expertise, coupled with his strong public relations, contribute to advancing AMIRA's mandate in the region, as well as successfully growing the organization globally.

Elie ElKhoury / Director of Business Development

Mr. Elie ElKhoury is Amira’s Director of Business Development. He earned his MBA from Los Angeles, California and has an excess of 12 years of experience in business development, expansion, negotiations and contract closing, landing major contracts in the fields of Information Technology, Services, Construction and Telecom. Previously, Mr. ElKhoury was Group Chief Operating Officer of a major Holding in Qatar and the Middle East, and helped build, acquire and expand landmark brands from Retail, to F&B, Information Technology and Security & Defense. Mr. ElKhoury is a Certified Strategic Negotiator, coached by worldwide known Business Coaches such as Brian Tracy and Alan Weiss, on peculiar technical skills involved in the negotiations and closing of contracts, such as body language, communication skills and sales and marketing strategies.
